Got an older home to sell?
"Sometimes it's worth doing things a little differently"
If you go about selling in the traditional way of just listing with a real estate agent and some pretty photos you're likely leaving money on the table.
Times have changed
Times have changed and they continue to do so, therefore intelligent sellers have been opening their eyes to doing things differently - They use a Resiplan.
It's a new way
to sell old houses!
But don't just take our word
What others say

We were very frustrated with all the agents failing to quote a firm asking price on homes that took our interest, seeking "offers over" & "expressions of interest" etc.
The home we eventually bought came with a Resiplan which we gave to our designer & he was then able to show us the true potential for the renovations we had hoped for.

I had been out of the property market for a few years and wasn't sure what our old family home might be worth or what potential it had when mum passed away unexpectedly. My sisters tend to rely on me for these types of decisions and getting a Resiplan certainly helped our decisions. It seems liked it helped the buyers too who lived in Melbourne.

A New Way To Sell Old Houses
And achieve full value without fuss

What's Changed & Why Resiplan?
We live in the information age and the communication of knowledge facts and ideas, whilst being just as important as they always have been, is being done in a variety of different ways these days. Digitisation has enabled information to be delivered quickly and precisely, in ways that not only stimulate people's sensory & cognitive processes differently, but also packages relevant data in ways that can be profoundly useful, especially to those that matter, who may be absent from the source.
It's a New Way in the Information Age!
Resiplans harness that innovation in digital information and present it in an accurate, reliable and universally accepted way that enables confident decisions by relevant decision makers.
And that is how a Resiplan can be an effective selling tool.
Technology Brings Progress & Opportunity
There was a time, not all that long ago, that all a real estate agent would do is take a photo of your home and display it in his shop window with some blurb waiting for people walking by to notice it. After he'd used up his roll of film he'd pop it into the local chemist or newsagency for processing, so your photo may have taken a week or two before it appeared. If you were lucky he might have even put a small classified ad in the local paper. Most homes were bought & sold by locals. Open for inspections were rare unless it was an auction.
Newspapers started printing special real estate sections with photo's - you had to have a photo - which were always black and white. Of course these were not free - in fact they were expensive & still are. After many years of that, colour came along, and that was extra, but it sure stood out amongst those drab black and white ones and anyway, it was the vendor who paid.
As advances in technology enabled lower cost printing and photocopying, agents themselves were able to produce individual leaflets extolling the virtues of your home. They were handed to prospects or left outside the shop for passers by to pick up. Posting them out was way too much trouble and expensive for most, unless of course you paid.
All of these had limitations, audience reach and limitations on quality and quantity of content being two of the more obvious ones. But along came the internet which changed all that. In fact it too has been transformed since it first arrived as have the means of accessing it via cables, wires and WiFi.
The point we're making here is that those changes in technology, innovation, brought opportunities that didn't exist before. Similarly Resiplans do too!
Could Your Home Be A Project For Someone?
Maybe it's in better condition than this one here on the left, but let's face facts. People that buy older houses these days are really buying a project. They're expecting to do something with the property - they expect to spend money - they are buying for its location - they will likely renovate, add an extension, or knock it over and start again - maybe even build townhouses or units.
It doesn't matter - A Resiplan will be useful & assist with any of these!
We regularly see agents advising people to spend money on their property to get it ready for sale - a splash of paint here - a few repairs there etc, etc. But truthfully, while done with good intentions, it can be an unnecessary expense -a waste of money - time consuming and an avoidable mistake!
If your home has potential for further development or a new family to move in who will probably renovate, or at least redecorate it's highly likely that they will have different ideas and tastes to yours, so don't waste your money and your time trying to organise these sort of things.
Your buyer is expecting to do these things and you will give them a head start by getting a Resiplan.
But that's not all, as you will come to realise when reading "Food For Thought Before You List"

Food For Thought Before You List
Allow us to put a smile on your face & Save you some money too!
Take this opportunity to enable innovation in technology to work for you and harness the power of a Resiplan. You can also avoid the frustration, cost & inconvenience of sprucing your home up as well, just to sell it at a cost that you're not sure of.
A Resiplan can be organised simply and quickly at a firm price that's likely to be a fraction of the cost of "sprucing it up" and finalised within a week or two of placing the order.
All you'll possibly need to do is give it a clean and declutter.
What's more, you won't even have to pay for your Resiplan until your sale settles -
Now, aren't they reasons to smile?
