How we work

We Investigate
After you place an order and before we visit your property, we conduct a Title Office search and investigate other public records and databases relevant to your property so that we have accurate base data before we attend to your property. After visiting we use specialty programs to compile and convert the data into a usefull format.

We Visit Your Site
Using the most up to date digital scanning and survey equipment one of our expericed teams will visit your property and measure all relevant items inside, outside and around its boundaries, resulting in horizontal, vertical and volumetric digital measurement data that can be used in a variety of different programs to produce relevant reports
03.
We Provide
We'll then provide you with a set of plans in both hard copy and digital electronic format that can be easily printed, sent via email or displayed and transmitted on a website e.g. realestate.com.au, thereby being a very reliable and useful tool that buyers and their advisors can work with as well as a useful marketing tool for your agent
